Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) After your order has been processed you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. During major sales shipping times are 7-10 days.  All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, DHL, and Fedex. Packages are only shipped Monday-Friday. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. Ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct. We are not responsible for lost packages.

All packages will require signature confirmation.

The Hair Barista maintains a very high level of quality assurance. We inspect all orders before shipping. We are 100% sure that you will love your hair extensions as much as we do.  However, if you feel that you have not been SERVED properly you have 3 days from the date of receipt to contact us for a refund or exchange. Make sure you contact us prior to shipping back items. Make sure that the product is returned in a resell-able condition; meaning that all labels and tags are still attached. The band has not been removed from the bundles, and has not been altered in anyway. (i.e. brushed, combed, cut, installed, dyed, permed, relaxed, washed, tags and wraps must be intact with no signs of tampering.etc…) If it is determined that the hair has been altered, we will email you to let you know that the hair is being shipped back to you because it violated our return/exchange policy.

You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. It is advisable that you request tracking number and signature confirmation to ensure we’ve received the items. We are not responsible for lost packages. If the reason for the exchange is our fault we will cover the shipping cost.
